หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Communications from Hotel,travel agent and referral networks concerning reservations arriving by email,telephone,telex,cable,fax or through a central reservation system. -Processes reservations by mail and tools. -Create and maintain reservation records by date of arrival and alphabetical listing. -Prepare letters of confirmation. -Process advance deposits on reservation. -Tracks future room availability and occupancy forecasts. -Handle daily correspondence. -Making arrangements for clients travel programs.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1.Male/Female age between 28-35 years old. 2.Bachelor\'s Degree in Tourism or related 3.**Excellent skill of English as typing speaking and listening** 4.**Experience in reservation agent,online ticket or related at least 2 years** 5.Good communication skills in Thai and English. 6.Self –motivated, service minded and problem solving. 7.Working under pressure
