Production Manager or Production Supervisor (นวนคร,ปทุมธานี)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Control overall of production such as manpower plan,availability of machine,material supply to be able to fit with target of planning plan. -Improve and/or design process for increasing high production capacity. -Control lost time and waste occurred from production capacity. -Control attendance rate for ensuring production plan stability. -Correct or solve problems in production. -Specify production KPIs for achieving company\'s goal. -Control budget and reduce cost for production. -Implement relevant any work instruction and document followed by GMP.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Thai nationality only,Male age 35-40 -Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering or a related field. -Minimum 3 years of manufacturing or related. -Able to plan and control production lines for effective running before and during operation. -Able to control production processes to achieve production targets. -Able to supervise and assign the right job to workers. -Able to allocate jobs and overtime for workers to meet day-to-day operations. -Good knowledge of machine maintenance. -Ability to supervisory skills. -Strong supervisory skills,Good interpersonal,agility,result orientation and problem solving skills.
