Senior Payroll Officer (Sathorn Rd.)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Manage and execute payroll,provident fund, social security fund, tax and other reports in payroll process. -Manage monthly payroll process both permanent and temporary staff. -Prepare monthly and annual social security fund and personal income tax report. -Ensure compliance and risk management across Payroll and Time & Attendance systems. -Calculate and record OT and other expenses through system -Maintain & Update employee data for payroll & benefits. -Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential. -Other assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Female, Thai Nationality age between 30 - 35 years old. -Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Finance & Accounting or related fields. -Computer Skills: Excel, PowerPoint Words, Internet, e-mail. -Experience of necessary tools (Business Plus Payroll). -Experience in payroll is preferable. -Basic knowledge in Thai Labor Law, Revenue Acts and Social Security Law. -Analytical Skills and Critical Thinking. -Strong communication skills, Strategic thinking and Managerial skills.
