วิศวกรการขาย (Senior Technical Sales Engineer)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1.Plan and implement sales/marketing strategies to achieve sales target 2.Coach, supervise, train and lead distributors to achieve new business expansion 3.Maintain relationship with existing customers to maximize business growth and customer satisfaction 4.Liaise the support with overseas to support or accelerate business achievement 5.Monitor, analyze and maintain sales data and report them periodically 6.Provide timely and accurate information on competitor pricing and activities and set a proactive strategy to react appropriately while striving to maintain maximum profit margins 7.Sales forecasting & meet inventory targets 8.Conduct product trials, recommend products, and resolve customer complaints through coordinating with internal teams 9.Conduct Customer and Distributor Training programs.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1.Male, Age 30-35 years. 2.Minimum 3 years related experience, preferably from automotive or electronic industry. 3.Bachelors' Degree in Engineering or business related discipline. 4.Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English. 5.Excellent presentation, negotiation skills and marketing knowledge. 6.Strong analytical, problem solving, and computer skills. 7.Strong organization, interpersonal, and leadership skills. 8.Willingness to travel extensively.
