Business Systems Analyst

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Exercise the appropriate process-capturing and design framework to translate & organize business requirements into structured functional specification and system/flow design for the optimized and robust system • Structure the information and specifications with consistency, integrity and manage-ability • Understand the right development technology, design framework and tools within the DevOps development environment and Hybrid DevOps environment – as part of CI/CD scheme. • Participate in and contribute to test case development activities • Contribute to the deployment activities and cycles • Collaborate with the off-shore development teams • Participate in and contribute to daily standups, development status tracking & reporting, design review, development strategy and planning, etc.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • At least 3 - 10 years-experience in business/system analysis – mixture of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, DevOps development management. (Seniority roughly determined by #years-experience) • Strong in requirement digestion as well as system/flow solution; familiar with structured architecture components such as API, user touch-point, channels, back-end processing, interface and integration • Good knowledge in DevOps tools used for Requirement and Design capturing, testing, etc. • English speaking, reading and writing are mandatory. Chinese language is a plus. • Payment and financial experience are a plus although not mandatory.
