Business Solution Analyst for Finance Solution

• - Be a center of Excellence for Finance & Account solutions. - Implement, deliver On-Premise or SaaS Finance services and solutions. - Be a center of Excellence for Finance & Account solutions. - Implement, deliver On-Premise or SaaS Finance services and solutions. - Working with development engineering on 3rd party team to define dependencies and timelines and provide ownership during solution implementation. - Running workshops with client SMEs to understand the end to end process while identifying any blockers and the suitability of FX services. - Calculate ROI and other benefits of implementation solutions. - Analyst and judge the most appropriate solution for the customer and guide Sales on possible upselling options. - Analyst and judge the most appropriate solution foe the customer and guide Sales on possible upselling options. - Decide cloud vs On-Premise configuration based on multiple parameters like security, Company polices and ROI etc. - Advice clients on P2P and O2C business best practices. - Present summary of findings to the client and walk them through to be design of the implemented solution. - Deep understanding of best practices in the finance and accounting domain and bring the expertise. - Developing business requirement, Functional requirement specification and work with development 3rd parties to ensure objectives and capability criteria are met to agree SLA&KPI - Be the liaison between the business units, technology, and support teams through the lifecycle of a change request project including a fool-proof testing plan. - To deliver configurable solutions to our end customers. - Gather functional requirements from customers and develop technical design based on functional requirements. - Customize the financial software products such as end-user interface, reports and workflow to meet client business requirement - Develop test cases to validate the product configurations as specified. - Documented product configurations for clients. - Understanding sales, marketing, and delivery efforts to ensure solution, product & customer success. - Work with Sales and technical support teams to resolve issues for clients. - Post Implementation review and management reporting - Support new business opportunities.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, math, Engineering or Business Management. - 6 years of experience within the software industry – SDLC/ITIL, Software delivery, Finance &Accounting; domain, Requirement Gathering, Business Application. - Process and Governance experience. - Deep understanding of sales to delivery model of complex solutions, customer communication management, technical delivery, project management and risk - Good knowledge of Accounting best practices for P2P and O2C. - Good knowledge of ERP logics like SAP, JDE or Oracle AP, FI, MM or Accounting software (Sage, Coda, Sun Account, etc.) - Knowledge of Cloud solution and On-Premise - Exposure on relational databases (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Microsoft Windows server, integration with SAP or Another major ERP. - Able to present to a C-Level customer for compelling reasons to work with FX. - Understanding of Operational requirements when delivering solution in a managed service context. - Demonstrable ability to develop long term repeatable revenue streams with s solutions or manage service context. - Experience defining products that integrate with other platforms and with web and mobile. - Experience working within a defined product &project; management methodology
