• Plan and create engaging content for the company’s online platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE OA, etc.)
• Develop marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase sales
• Write advertising copy (captions, content, video scripts) aligned with the brand image
• Take product photos/videos and coordinate with graphic designers to produce promotional materials
• Manage and respond to customer inquiries on social media channels
• Analyze content performance (engagement, reach, sales results) and adjust strategies accordingly
• Coordinate with branch teams and related departments
• Skills in Using Marketing Tools ChatGPT – Content creation (captions, articles, video scripts, campaign ideas) Canva AI – Promotional graphic design and marketing materials CapCut – Video editing for social media (Reels, TikTok, promotional videos) Meta Ads (Facebook Ads Manager) – Online advertising management and campaign optimization

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in content creation or digital marketing
• Creative mindset with strong understanding of social media trends
• Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or other editing/design tools
• Experience in the restaurant industry is an advantage
• Can use graphics well
