หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Consult and advise prospective students on suitable English courses based on their goals (communication, academic, career development).
• - Follow up leads via Facebook, phone, LINE, WhatsApp, email, and social media channels.
• - Proactively search for and reach out to new outbound leads through online channels, partnerships, and community networks.
• Manage the full enrollment process: consultation → course recommendation → registration → payment coordination
• - Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
• - Update CRM systems and report sales performance regularly.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Professional working attitude.

• - Honest and ethical.
• 1+ year experience in sales, consulting, or related roles
• - Good communication skills in Thai; Good English communication skills are needed.
• - Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• - Target-driven mindset, self-motivated, and disciplined. Passion for sales and business, motivated to exceed KPIs and increase income.
• - Familiar with online communication tools (LINE, WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Meeting, Facebook).
• - Experience in education or English center industry is a plus (not mandatory).
