Working hours : 11:00 - 20:00

Other work : There are two shift that can be selected 11:00 - 20:00 and 12:00 - 21:00

Responsible

• Primary Contact: Serve as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to customer accounts.
• Relationship Management: Create a positive impression and maintain strong, long-lasting, and sustainable relationships with clients.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, ensuring solutions meet client needs and objectives.
• Sales Generation: Generate new sales volume from both new and existing clients.

More qualification

• Excellent verbal and written Vietnamese communication skill
• Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, Key Account Manager, Junior Manager, or other relevant roles will be given special consideration
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong service-minded attitude
