• New account openings and activations.
• Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Number of qualified client contacts per month.
• Communicate information to customers accurately, transparently, and without misunderstanding.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Excellent verbal communication in Japanese.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms.
• Able to build trust with Japanese clients through professional advisory-style communication.
• Have a good Vietnamese communication skills.
• Candidates with experience in Telesales, Sales, Key Account, Junior Manager, or related roles will be given special consideration.
• Familiar with investment concepts ranging from conservative long-term investing to active short-term trading.
• 1-3+ years of experience in Telesales, Financial Services, Forex, CFD, Securities Brokerage, Wealth Management, or Investment Consulting.
• Experience working with Japanese clients is highly preferred.
• Japanese Language Proficiency: JLPT N2 or above (N1 preferred).
• Good command of English for internal communication or Thai language proficiency is an advantage.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms.
• Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
