• Contact existing clients to maintain long-term relationships and increase customer engagement.
• Follow up with clients regarding their trading activities and platform usage.
• Encourage clients to continue using the company's online trading platform through excellent customer relationship management.
• Achieve individual retention, reactivation, and sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Reactivate inactive clients and encourage increased platform engagement.
• Monitor customer activity and identify opportunities for retention and account growth.
• Ensure all communications comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Achieve monthly retention, sales, and revenue targets.

• Communication Skills
• Good command of spoken and written English
