Export Sales Coordinate

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Order & Logistics Management: Processing customer orders, coordinating with production for availability, and arranging shipments with freight forwarders.
• Documentation & Compliance: Preparing, checking, and submitting accurate export documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin) to comply with customs regulations.
• Customer Communication: Acting as the main point of contact for international clients, providing updates on shipment status, and handling inquiries or complaints.
• Sales Support: supporting sales teams with reporting, and ensuring smooth, efficient delivery.
• Required Skills and Qualifications

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience: Generally 2+ years in export/import, trading, or manufacturing.
• Language Skills: Strong command of English (conversational to business level) is essential.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
• Knowledge: Understanding of international trade, shipping procedures, and Incoterms.
