Oversee the overall operations and maintenance of Khaoyai Art Forest.
Lead and manage the Engineering & Technical Services team, ensuring all building systems, utilities, MEP systems, preventive maintenance, and infrastructure operate efficiently.
Supervise the Housekeeping team responsible for all public areas, restrooms, common facilities, offices, and shared spaces across the property.
Manage the Gardening & Landscape team to maintain gardens, green spaces, outdoor environments, and the overall appearance of the destination.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and facility management plans.
Ensure operational readiness, cleanliness, safety, and service quality throughout the property.
Coordinate with contractors and external service providers for maintenance and improvement projects.
Monitor operational budgets, maintenance costs, and resource utilization.
Establish and maintain SOPs, operational standards, and compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Support pre-opening activities, including operational setup, recruitment, training, SOP development, equipment commissioning, and opening readiness.
Collaborate closely with the Hotel Business, Events, F&B, Security, and Project Development teams to ensure seamless operations.
Lead, coach, and develop operational teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Operations, Facilities Management, Engineering, Hospitality, or Property Management, with at least 5 years in a management role.
Proven experience managing Engineering, Technical Services, Housekeeping, and Landscape/Gardening operations.
Experience in hospitality, resorts, mixed-use developments, tourism attractions, lifestyle destinations, or large-scale properties.
Experience in pre-opening projects will be highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, facility management, and contractor management.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Good command of Thai and English.
