- Prepare export documentation such as Invoice, Packing List, B/L, COO, and relevant Forms.
- Verify the accuracy of information in the documents by comparing it with purchase orders and shipping schedules.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and government agencies.
- Monitor shipment status to ensure on-time delivery and provide updates to customers or related internal teams.
- Communicate with international customers via email and phone.
- Prepare export reports and presentation materials.

Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience in import-export operations or working with shipping lines/forwarders is an advantage.
Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel and Word).
Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Basic knowledge of international trade practices such as Incoterms and export/logistics regulations.
Detail-oriented, able to prioritize tasks well, and capable of multitasking.
Good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
At least 5 years of work experience (related or unrelated to the field).
Must not have any contagious diseases or be under ongoing medical treatment or observation.
Able to work or communicate while off-site when required.
