Develop and execute sales plans, account plans, and forecasts for assigned Modern Trade accounts
Manage and grow existing key accounts while identifying new business opportunities
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and trade agreements with key customers
Plan and implement promotions, assortments, and in-store activities in alignment with sales targets
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer performance
Evaluate promotion effectiveness and provide insights for continuous improvement
Coordinate with internal teams including Supply Chain, Marketing, and Warehouse to ensure smooth operations
Control sales-related budgets and ensure expenses remain within approved limits
Prepare sales reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Modern Trade sales, preferably in FMCG industry
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and market data
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
