IT Specialist (Programmer)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Investigate and resolve system issues related to ERP and business applications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, FlexNet, and Asprova.
• • Register, update, track, and follow up on incident tickets in Dynamics 365 to ensure timely resolution.
• • Coordinate with users and support teams to analyze issues related to ERP systems, planning systems, and other business applications.
• • Develop user manuals, training documents, assessments, and summarize training results and evaluations.
• • Conduct user training and system testing for new applications and system enhancements.
• • Monitor, troubleshoot, and recover data interface issues, including EDI and system integrations.
• • Perform basic data queries, develop simple VBA programs, and create basic reports to support business operations.
• • Carry out assigned tasks and projects from supervisors to support IT and system operations.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting ERP systems or business applications in an IT environment.
• Basic understanding of ERP concepts, business applications, and workflow processes.
• Good IT knowledge with strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace products.
• Basic knowledge of program development, including VBA, SQL, and NoSQL.
• Awareness of cybersecurity controls and prevention of related threats.
• Good command of English in both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 will be an advantage.
