QA & QC Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job purpose: The incumbent will be directly report to the Management of Plant Operations (Japanese and Thai)
• •Leader of APQP team and Core Tools review
• •Leader to control the APQP (New Model), Process change, packaging design, customers claim and control supplier
• •Establish & define the Quality Objective & target to comply with the company’s business.
• •Control Raw Material Incoming inspection, In-process inspection, Final inspection
• •Control calibration system, measurement equipment
• •Follow the customers’ complaint and timely feedback
• •Coordinate with customers where the manufacturing had any changed through APQP
• •Periodically audit suppliers and raise the issue that suppliers must improve & development
• •Create the corrective action and preventive measurement ensure not arise of non-conforming issue
• •Monitoring & Follow up problem improvement, take care preventive action of In-process
• •Coordinate with Head quarter from Japan to maintain and implement the global quality system in accordance with IATF16949 and other standards as needed.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering or any related filed.
• At least 8 years of working experience in Quality functions from Automotive Parts industry
• Knowledgeable of the Quality System IATF16949
• Good command in English and proficient in computer
• Strong leadership, People Management skills and good communicator
• Logical & Analytical thinking with Proactive manner
• Familiar with Japanese working style & culture, focusing on goal and details oriented
