• Comprehensive Design: Responsible for character design, environment concepts, prop assets, and UI visual planning for the project.
• AI Workflow Integration: Deeply integrate AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion) into the concept ideation and post-processing stages to establish an efficient workflow.
• High-Quality Rendering: Produce high-fidelity digital paintings (painterly style/thick coating) based on design requirements.
• Cross-team Collaboration: Participate in team discussions to ensure visual assets align with project specifications and technical constraints.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Industry Experience: 3+ years of experience in the game industry with mastery of "Painterly Style" (thick coating) techniques.
• Stylistic Versatility: Ability to switch between art styles fluidly, with a deep understanding of Western visual aesthetics.
• AI Expert | AI: Proficient in Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, and other AI tools for creation and image refinement.
• Remote/Global Collaboration: Capable of working in a multinational/remote environment; skilled at using digital tools (translation software, visual markup) to bridge language gaps.
• Time Management: Strong time management skills with the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Bonus point: Experience with Spine 2D skeletal animation or basic After Effects (AE) motion graphics.
• Bonus point: Understanding of technical art constraints and optimization for H5/Cocos engine environments.

• ★ภาษาอังกฤษ ระดับ intermidiate คุยงานได้สื่อสารงานกับทีมไต้หวันได้
