• Job Description Lab Stage
• Research and Development of new products Research and Development of new formulation of Coconut Water, Tamarind Candy, Tamarind Concentrate, increase shelf of agricultural crop ginger, coconut, tamarind. Find supplier for raw material, flavors, ingredients, packaging, OEM manufacturers Collaborate and work with external parties Experiment with different manufacturing techniques Test Shelf Life Write daily report of work done
• Pilot Scale Stage work at Factory
• Lead and Run Pilot Scale batch runs Test, fix and adapt formulations and any problems arise at pilot scale
• Full Production Stage work at Factory
• Lead, guide full scale production at the factory of new products or existing product Supervise workers, teach educate, fix challenges that occur on full production stage Help improve current Full Production Manufacturing of Coconut, Ginger and Tamarind Products.
• Personality Traits:
• Hard working, willing to do everything and take lead on getting the product to customers hand. You get to learn & grow more.
