System Analyst (6-Month Contract-WFH)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system and reporting specifications
• Design, develop, and implement reporting solutions and dashboards (Oracle, SQL Server Reporting Services)
• Develop and maintain database objects (tables, stored procedures) and automate data processes using SSIS
• Perform data analysis, data mapping, and data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical)
• Monitor and optimize database performance, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Collaborate with Business Users, Architects, and Development Teams to define and deliver data solutions
• Identify data-related issues and propose improvements to enhance system and reporting efficiency
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, audit, and privacy standards
• Provide support, training, and technical guidance for reporting and data usage
• Participate in project planning and contribute to data strategy and solution design
• Review project documents such as Business Requirements, Project Initiation, and Scope Documents
• Support peer reviews and ensure adherence to standards and best practices
• Coordinate tasks and support junior team members when required

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in System Analysis, Data Analysis, or related roles
• Strong experience in SQL (Oracle / MS SQL Server)
• Experience in data profiling, data mapping, and data modeling
• Hands-on experience in ETL processes and tools (e.g., SSIS)
• Ability to define and document System Requirement Specifications (SRS)
• Experience working with data integration and data lineage concepts
• Familiar with reporting tools and dashboard development
• Experience reviewing business and technical documents
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Systematic and logical thinking with attention to detail
• Good planning, organization, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong communication skills; able to work with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work independently and perform under pressure
• Positive attitude, adaptable, and team-oriented
