• • Launch the program from scratch: design the terms for agents (how much they earn, how they get paid, and what bonuses are offered).
• • Mass recruitment of agents: find and attract connectors within Thailand’s business communities — from active expats to local opinion leaders.
• • Training and support: create simple instructions and materials so that any agent can explain the value of our service to a merchant in 5 minutes.
• • Control of payouts and reporting: together with the fintech team, set up a transparent tracking system — the agent referred a merchant, the merchant was connected, the agent got paid.
• • Community management: keep activity high in chats (LINE / Telegram), organize meetings, and motivate agents to bring in more high-quality locations.

More qualification

• • Experience in affiliate marketing or agency sales: you have already built agent networks, referral programs, or worked with franchisees.
• • A systems mindset: the ability to automate the management of hundreds of agents so that no one is forgotten and all payouts are made on time.
• • Knowledge of Thailand specifics: an understanding of where to find active people in Phuket and how to motivate local partners.
• • English: fluent (for working in an international environment).
