New Media Operations Specialist

• Content production: Responsible for the daily planning, writing, editing and publishing of content for platforms such as WeChat Official Accounts, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and Video Accounts, ensuring a consistent content style and update frequency.
• Account Operations: Deeply manage user engagement, monitor data feedback (readership, completion rate, conversion rate, etc.), and continuously optimize content strategies and topic selection through data analysis.
• Event Execution: Assist in planning online interactive events and live-streaming sessions to enhance brand exposure and user engagement; ensure successful implementation and summarize results.
• Cross-departmental collaboration: Connect with design, product, and business teams to ensure content scheduling and project implementation; maintain the brand material library.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Experience background: 1-3 years of practical experience on new media platforms, with priority given to those with experience in maternal and infant, FMCG, technology, or enterprise service content; familiar with platform traffic rules and the logic of viral content.
• Possesses solid copywriting skills, can handle diverse content styles, and has independent writing ability.
• Proficient in using editing tools such as CapCut/Premiere Pro, able to independently complete short video shooting and editing.
• Possesses basic data analysis skills and can adjust content direction based on data.
• Strong online presence, keen awareness of trending topics, and excellent aesthetic sense.
• Strong execution ability, able to adapt to fast-paced work, with good communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Highly responsible and a team player, with strong self-motivation.
• Priority will be given to candidates with experience managing accounts with millions of followers or who have successfully created viral content.
• Those with a good grasp of basic ad placement logic (such as Qianchuan, DOU+) will be given priority.
• Candidates with additional skills such as photography and graphic design will be given priority.
