หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Analyze the staffing needs of various departments, and write and publish job descriptions.
• Expand and maintain various recruitment channels
• Screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and issuing offer letters.
• Responsible for contract signing, personnel file transfer, performance evaluation for regular employment, and exit interviews.
• Assist in implementing performance appraisal schemes (such as KPIs, OKRs, etc.), collect appraisal data, organize performance feedback interviews, and implement rewards and penalties based on the results.
• Assist with some administrative tasks

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Proficient in at least 2-3 core practical skills across the six major modules of human resources (recruitment, training, performance, compensation, employee relations, and human resource planning).
• Accurately grasp the boss's strategic intentions and translate them into practical human resource solutions.
• Able to communicate effectively with department heads and understand the actual recruitment needs of business units.
• Those who can speak Chinese will be given priority.
