หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Troubleshooting and emergency repair of equipment malfunctions.
• Daily inspections and periodic equipment maintenance.
• Providing training to production equipment operators.
• Participating in the installation, commissioning, and acceptance of new equipment to ensure compliance with technical requirements.
• Developing equipment maintenance plans, operating procedures, and maintenance quality standards; preparing technical analysis reports and construction safety documents.
• Managing equipment spare parts inventory, submitting procurement plans, and ensuring sufficient maintenance resources.
• Organizing and archiving technical documents such as maintenance records and inspection logs.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Associate's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Automation, or a related engineering field. Must have a thorough understanding of machinery.
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in equipment repair, maintenance, and management in manufacturing/factory operations (experience in repairing production equipment in the same industry is preferred). Extensive experience in participating in the entire process of new equipment installation, commissioning, and acceptance.
• Familiar with equipment spare parts management processes and possesses experience in reasonable spare parts inventory control and procurement application.
