Warehouse Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for organizing, moving, and placing warehouse goods, as well as confirming first-in, first-out (FIFO) processes.
• Responsible for confirming the warehousing and outbound data of products (or raw materials and auxiliary materials).
• Responsible for updating the data on the storage cards after products (raw materials and auxiliary materials) enter and leave the warehouse.
• Responsible for inventory preparation (including consolidation of remaining stock and counting of remaining stock).
• Responsible for loading and unloading raw materials
• Responsible for responding to abnormal items
• Responsible for monthly inventory counts, analyzing discrepancies, and developing improvement strategies.
• Responsible for regularly conducting inventory checks and properly safeguarding original vouchers, ledgers, and various documents.
• Responsible for ensuring fire prevention, theft prevention, and explosion prevention, and maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and air circulation within the warehouse to prevent spoilage of stored goods.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Thai person speaks fluent Chinese
• Two or more years of warehouse management experience
• Strong execution skills, responsible and accountable, hardworking and able to lead by example
• Strong logical thinking, data-driven skills, and experience driving a hydraulic forklift are preferred.
• Proficient in computer use, experience with ERP systems is preferred.
