Hotel Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage daily hotel operations to ensure service quality and compliance with standards.
• Develop marketing and sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
• Monitor room rates, promotions, and OTA channels.
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and partners.
• Prepare and control budgets and expenses, and monitor financial performance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality.
• Lead, coach, and develop all departments to achieve targets.
• Report operational results and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Strong leadership and management skills in all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B).
• Knowledge of hotel sales, marketing, and revenue management.
• Experience in managing OTAs
• Able to develop online and offline marketing plans to increase hotel occupancy.
• Good communication and coordination skills with departments, agents, and partners.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial control, P&L, cost control, and taxation.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in HR management, recruitment, training, and staff development.
