หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Managing bakery training to key accounts or new accounts (bakeries, pastry chains, cafés, and medium to large-scale producers). In this role you will be assisted by the Sales Manager.
• Develop new customers recipes and expand market presence within the B2B professional bakery line.
• Maintain and grow long-term relationships with key accounts.
• Understand customer production systems and recommend suitable ingredients based on volume, consistency, and performance requirements (under the support of the Sales Manager).
• Follow up on customer projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Mid Level experience as bakery or pastry chef, with understanding in food ingredients.
• Understanding of bakery and pastry production processes, especially in higher-volume environments, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical product benefits clearly.
• Organized, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
• Thai nationality only with good English command.
