Sales Executive (B2B Food Ingredients)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Identify & Develop: Approach and acquire new B2B customers (bakeries, food manufacturers, distributors, and foodservice operators) across Thailand.
• Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales process from prospecting and quotation to closing deals and expanding existing accounts.
• Target Achievement: Drive sales activities to consistently meet monthly and annual sales targets.
• Distributor Support: Monitor and support the distributor’s sales team to maximize business opportunities.
• Commercial Documentation: Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, commercial offers, and sales contracts promptly.
• Order Fulfillment: Process customer orders and coordinate with Production and Logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Tracking & Communication: Track shipments and keep customers updated on order status and product availability.
• CRM & Relationship Building: Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system and develop long-term client partnerships.
• Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Reporting & Collaboration: Prepare regular sales reports and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Production, Logistics, Marketing) to ensure excellent service.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Thai national with fluent in spoken and written Thai and English.
• Previous experience in B2B sales, food ingredients, bakery ingredients, FMCG, or foodservice is highly preferred.
• Experience in business development or account management is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Experience using CRM software is a plus.
• A valid driving licence and willingness to travel for customer visits are preferred.
• Strong passion for sales and business development.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, “hunter” mindset.
• Comfortable meeting new customers and developing business opportunities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
