Physical Security Systems Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Administer and support physical security systems, including CCTV/VMS, Access Control, and Key Management platforms.
• Manage and maintain the supporting Windows Server infrastructure, including system monitoring, patching, backups, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and infrastructure issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Support virtualization and storage environments that host security platforms.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting related to security systems, including IP, VLAN, and connectivity issues.
• Execute system maintenance, upgrades, firmware updates, and security remediation activities.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, system configurations, and incident records.
• Collaborate with Security, Facilities, Data Center Operations, vendors, and local technicians to support daily operations and continuous improvements.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Experience in System Administration, Infrastructure Operations, or Physical Security Systems.
• Strong experience with Windows Server administration, patching, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with CCTV/VMS, Access Control, or Key Management systems. Experience with Genetec, Avigilon, Lenel, or Traka is a plus.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, routing, and firewalls.
• Familiar with incident management, change control, and technical documentation.
• Good communication skills both Thai and English and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
