หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Learning & Development Design and implement learning and development programs aligned with business goals and company culture.
• Employee Engagement & Culture Building Design and organize employee engagement activities to create an energetic
• Employee Experience & Journey Design and improve the employee journey from onboarding to retention.
• Internal Communication & Employer Branding Support internal communication to ensure employees stay informed.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Internal Communication, HRBP, or Culture & Experience roles.
• Strong creativity with the ability to design engaging activities, campaigns, and employee experiences.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
