Product Manager ( Aesthetic )

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business goals and market trends
• Lead new product launches, relaunches, and campaign rollouts
• Work with doctors, aesthetic clinics, and KOLs to support product adoption
• Manage annual product plans, forecasts, and budgets
• Continuously optimize strategies based on data and field feedback
• Cross-functional Collaboration

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / Pharm.D.) is required
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or Brand Management within pharmaceutical, aesthetic, medical device, or healthcare industries
• Strong understanding of product strategy, product lifecycle management, and go-to-market planning
• Experience in launching pharmaceutical, aesthetic, injectable, skincare, or medical products would be highly preferred
• Good understanding of scientific and clinical information, with the ability to translate technical data into commercial strategies
• Experience working closely with doctors, aesthetic clinics, KOLs, and healthcare professionals
• Experience in developing marketing campaigns, product positioning, promotional materials, and sales tools
• Strong knowledge of market analysis, competitor monitoring, and customer insight gathering
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Experience in Aesthetic, Dermatology, Beauty, or Consumer Healthcare business is a strong advantage
