Product Development Specialist/Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Support new product development projects from concept generation to commercialization
• Coordinate with OEM/ODM manufacturers, laboratories, packaging suppliers, and external partners
• Assist in product formulation reviews, packaging development, product claims, and product specifications
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and business opportunities
• Coordinate product development timelines and project milestones
• Work closely with Brand, Marketing, Commercial, Regulatory, QC, Procurement, and Production teams

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Food Science, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or related fields
• 5–10 years of experience in Product Development, R&D, Innovation, Product Management, or related functions
• Experience in Beauty, Skincare, Cosmetics, Medical Devices, Consumer Healthcare is preferred
• Understanding of product development lifecycle and OEM/ODM manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, formulations, packaging, and product trends is an advantage
• Passion for beauty, skincare, cosmetic, and product innovation
• Good command of English and Thai
