Stock Control / Inventory Control

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• nventory Control Monitor and control inventory for Bond, Non-Bond, and In-house stock. Ensure physical inventory matches the inventory recorded in the ERP/system. Investigate, analyze, and resolve inventory discrepancies. Maintain accurate inventory movements, including receiving, transfers, sales, returns, adjustments, breakages, and write-offs. Monitor stock accuracy on a daily basis.
• Stock Verification Conduct cycle counts and periodic physical stock counts. Coordinate monthly and annual inventory audits. Prepare variance reports and recommend corrective actions. Verify stock before and after inventory transactions.
• System & Documentation Ensure all inventory transactions are recorded accurately and promptly. Review inventory documentation for completeness and accuracy. Maintain proper inventory records and filing systems. Support ERP inventory maintenance and master data updates.
• Warehouse Coordination Coordinate with warehouse staff regarding stock movement. Monitor stock transfers between Bond Warehouse, Non-Bond Warehouse, and retail/shop locations.
• Reporting & Analysis Prepare inventory reports for management. Analyze inventory trends and identify potential risks. Support month-end and year-end stock reconciliation. Provide recommendations to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Compliance Ensure inventory processes comply with company SOPs. Support inventory requirements related to Excise Department regulations. Maintain confidentiality and proper control over inventory information.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Inventory Control, Stock Control, Warehouse, or Supply Chain.
• Experience with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Good problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in Thai; basic English is an advantage.
