Responsible

• In-house Service and Repair: Technical Execution: Prioritize and execute repairs & estimates on all units received at the office.Turn-Over-Time Management: Aim for a 14-day completion target from PO receipt to ready for shipment.Precision & Quality: Ensure "Right-First-Time" diagnostics and repairs to eliminate technical re-work.
• Quality Control & Inspection: Pre-Shipment Verification: Perform final inspections on all incoming and outgoing orders (new and repaired).Completeness: Ensure all shipments include the correct accessories, documentation, and calibration certificates before they reach the customer.
• Field Operations Support: On-Site Backup: Provide technical assistance at customer sites during peak workloads or for urgent installations.Flexibility: Maintain readiness to support the field service team on short notice to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operational & 5S Discipline: Facility Standards: Support the Service Manager in keeping the Repair Center and Warehouse 5S compliant. Reporting & Data: Complete all repair reports and update in the system accurately and daily.Inventory Management: Ensure tools and spare parts are properly stored, labeled, and accounted for.
