Drafting engineer - English or Chinese Speaking

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Shop Drawing Development: Create and refine detailed architectural and structural shop drawings for construction.
• Thai Standard Compliance: Ensure all drawings strictly follow Thai building codes (B.E.) and technical regulations (TIS/DPT).
• Multi-Disciplinary Coordination: Use AutoCAD/Revit to perform overlay checks and resolve clashes between Civil and MEP disciplines.(not mandatory, but prior experience is a significant advantage).
• BOQ Support: Extract precise material quantities from drawings to assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Revision & Version Control: Manage Design Changes and ensure the site team uses the latest "Issued for Construction" versions.
• Permit & Submission Prep: Prepare professional drawing packages for government permits and consultant approval processes.
• Technical Localization: Adapt Chinese design intent into local Thai drafting styles and symbols for easier on-site execution.
• As-built Documentation: Conduct site measurements to verify field conditions and produce final As-built drawings.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Graduated from CIVIL engineering major, with civil engineer certificate, preferred.
• Familiar with structure integration and civil engineering related work.
• Knowledge of Data Centers is preferred (not mandatory, but prior experience is a significant advantage).
• Onsite technical experience is highly desirable. At a minimum, a solid understanding of Shop Drawing,material and site installation is required.
• Good understanding of Thai electrical codes and regulations(e.g., Building Act B.E., TIS, DPT, and relevant local bylaws).
• Excellent communication skills, dynamic, and proactive.
• Willingness to work on site.
• Must have over 5 years of relevant professional work experience and be under 40 years of age.
