Junior Construction Method Engineer (English or Chinese speaking)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Assist in the preparation and development of construction method statements for bridge and infrastructure projects.
• Support the preparation of temporary structure calculations, engineering charts, tables, and technical documentation.
• Compile and organize construction method reports, technical submissions, and supporting documents.
• Prepare construction flowcharts, work procedures, and presentation materials for method statement submissions.
• Revise construction method statements and related documents in response to Engineer’s comments and review feedback.
• Collect, organize, and summarize site feedback, construction records, and technical information to support method development and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with site engineers, design teams, QA/QC, HSE, and construction teams to gather technical inputs and project information.
• Assist in reviewing engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction sequences to ensure consistency with project requirements.
• Support document control and maintain records of construction method submissions, approvals, and revisions.
• Ensure all documentation complies with project specifications, contractual requirements, and applicable standards.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Bridge Engineering, Road Engineering, Engineering Management, or related fields.
• 0–3 years of experience in site engineering, construction documentation, CAD drafting, technical engineering support, or construction method statement preparation.
• Familiarity with construction processes for bridge foundations, bridge superstructures, ancillary works, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Ability to understand and review English technical documents, specifications, and Engineer's comments.
• Basic knowledge of construction methodologies, temporary works, and engineering documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD; knowledge of BIM software is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and document revisions.
• Good communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Thai candidates must have good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is not mandatory; relevant engineering certifications or qualifications are preferred.
