Structural Engineer (Road & Bridge) – Tender & Technical Support (ENG or CH)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Review and analyze bidding documents, including tender drawings, technical specifications, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for road and bridge projects.
• Prepare Construction Method Statements and preliminary construction sequences to support technical proposals for project bidding.
• Perform "Constructability Reviews" of structural designs. This involves verifying design concepts against standards to identify risks, conflicts, or Value Engineering opportunities (Detailed calculation is not required, but engineering judgment is essential).
• Provide technical advice to the Cost Estimation team regarding material quantities, temporary works, and machinery requirements based on sound engineering principles.
• Review structural shop drawings and construction methods proposed by site teams to ensure feasibility and compliance with contract requirements.
• Participate in technical meetings with clients and consultants to clarify construction methods and engineering solutions for both domestic and international projects.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering.
• Licensure: Possess a valid Thai Council of Engineers License (Associate Civil Engineer level or higher).
• Experience: At least three (5) years of experience in road & bridge construction, tender/bidding support, or construction planning.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (especially Excel) is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Planning software (e.g., MS Project) or BIM tools is an advantage.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction sequences, temporary works for bridges, and general design standards (AASHTO, ACI).
• Language: Good to Excellent command of written and spoken English (Must be able to interpret technical contracts and specifications for international projects).
• Mobility: Based at Head Office (Bangna) with willingness to travel for short-term assignments to domestic and international project sites (e.g., Sri Lanka, Maldives).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills for document review, problem-solving, and coordination within multidisciplinary teams.
