Project Manager (Infrastructure & Data Center) - English or Chinese Speaking

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead and manage construction projects from project initiation through completion and handover.
• Develop and control project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and construction progress to achieve project objectives.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, HSE, Procurement, Planning, Contracts, and Subcontractors.
• Monitor project cost, productivity, quality, safety, and risk, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, company standards, and applicable regulations.
• Review construction methods, shop drawings, technical submissions, and project execution plans.
• Manage project stakeholders including clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and timely decision-making.
• Resolve technical and contractual issues while maintaining project milestones and client satisfaction.
• Prepare project reports, forecasts, progress updates, and executive presentations for management.
• Lead project commissioning, testing, final inspection, and project handover activities.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards throughout project execution.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum **10 years** of experience in construction project management, with at least **5 years** in a Project Manager role.
• Proven experience delivering **large-scale infrastructure projects**, such as highways, bridges, ports, railways, airports, utilities, industrial facilities, or **Data Center** projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, scheduling, procurement, contract administration, and construction management.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams (Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP, QA/QC, HSE, Planning, Commercial).
• Good understanding of FIDIC contracts and international construction standards is preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Chinese language ability is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, and construction management software.
• PMP certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license is an advantage.
• Willingness to work at project sites throughout Thailand as assigned.
