QA/QC Inspector (Civil & Bridge Construction) - English & Chinese Speaking

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Inspect construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project quality requirements.
• • Perform site inspections for reinforcement, formwork, concrete works, precast elements, structural works, and finishing works.
• • Conduct inspections in accordance with the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and Project Quality Plan (PQP).
• • Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and construction teams.
• • Prepare inspection reports, Request for Inspection (RFI), Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), and related QA/QC documentation.
• • Verify material quality, material certificates, and test reports before installation.
• • Monitor corrective actions and ensure non-conforming work is properly resolved.
• • Coordinate with the laboratory team for material and concrete testing.
• • Support internal and external quality audits.
• • Ensure all inspection activities comply with project quality and safety requirements.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • At least 3 years of QA/QC inspection experience in infrastructure, bridge, marine, or heavy civil construction projects.
• • Experience in QA/QC systems or quality management for international construction projects is highly preferred.
• • Familiar with quality control and inspection requirements for major bridge construction activities, including: o Geometry control for short-line match-cast precast segmental girders o Alignment control for cable-stayed bridges o Alignment control for cast-in-situ balanced cantilever bridges o Quality control of precast segment production yards o Prestressing operations, tendon installation, stressing, and grouting o Concrete quality control, durability requirements, and curing procedures
• • Familiar with quality documentation and inspection procedures, including Project Quality Plan (PQP), Project Procedures (PP), Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), Request for Inspection (RFI), Material Inspection Request (MIR), Non-Conformance Report (NCR), and First Article Inspection (FAI).
• • Able to perform inspections in accordance with approved PQP, PP, ITP, and First Article Inspection requirements, and coordinate with QA/QC Engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project quality standards.
• • Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and international construction standards.
• • Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ASTM, BS, EN, AASHTO, and relevant Thai standards is an advantage.
