HSE Technician (Civil & Bridge Construction) - English & Chinese Speaking

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Conduct daily HSE inspections to ensure compliance with project HSE requirements and Thai safety regulations.
• • Monitor high-risk activities, including lifting operations, work at height, marine works, confined spaces, and temporary structures.
• • Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts, recommend corrective actions, and follow up on their implementation.
• • Assist in safety inductions, toolbox talks, emergency drills, and HSE training activities.
• • Maintain HSE inspection records, incident reports, and safety documentation.
• • Support environmental protection measures, including waste management, dust, noise, and pollution control.
• • Coordinate with construction teams and subcontractors to promote a safe and healthy working environment.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• • At least 3 years of HSE experience in construction projects.
• • Experience in bridge, highway, marine, infrastructure, or heavy civil construction projects is preferred.
• • Familiar with Thai Occupational Safety laws and international HSE standards (ISO 45001/ISO 14001).
• • Knowledge of risk assessment, Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and incident investigation.
• • Familiar with safety control measures for marine works, lifting operations, work at height, scaffolding, and temporary structures.
• • Good communication and coordination skills.
