R&D Asst Manager (New Product Development)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Devise research methods.
• Determine resources, and time required to conduct a research project and monitor performance to ensure these targets are met.
• Formulating and carry out the technical by law and details rules.
• Plan, design, and conduct research projects according to established scientific methods, principles and theories to fulfill customer requirement.
• Set up laboratory test equipment.
• Calculate and analyze test results and prepare detailed reports with recommendations and conclusions.
• Prepare calculations, specifications, and other technical documentation so that prototype designs can be manufactured and assembled.
• Develop and maintain technical expertise on advances and innovations in research and science.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in food sciences, Food Technology or related field.
• Experience 3-5 years in food industry.
• Proficient in English language (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Computer literacy.
