Project Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Monitor and control project execution to ensure all deliverables meet the project plan and timeline
• Manage all phases of the project from design development, permitting, bidding, construction, to project closeout
• Prepare project progress reports, budget analysis, and milestone updates
• Control project budget and monitor actual costs against the planned budget
• Act as the Company’s representative in inspecting work and supervising contractors in coordination with consultants
• Coordinate design development and obtain internal approvals
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors including qualification, bidding, negotiation, and contract awarding
• Support the Managing Director in EPC, O&M, and OEM contract negotiations
• Prepare monthly performance reports and payment documentation for fund submission
• Review contracts, change orders, invoices, and related project documents
• Maintain project documents and drawings on shared portals for easy internal access
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Social, and Environmental requirements
• Communicate project status clearly and effectively with all stakeholders
• Promote transparency, accountability, and teamwork throughout the project

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Good communication skills in English
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering
• Experience in renewable energy or energy-related projects
• Experience in LNG projects in Thailand is highly preferred
• Strong technical and commercial knowledge
• Good command of both Thai and English (spoken and written)
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
