Senior Service Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Install, commission, and start up new machinery, focusing on quality control or lab equipment
• Repair, trobleshooting, maintain, and upgrade quality control equipment.
• Train customers on how to use machines
• Coordinate with overseas technicians
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to provide technical support and product demonstrations.
• Prepare detailed daily/weekly service reports for clients, suppliers, and management.
• Others from the management

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in electrical/electronic installation and troubleshooting of production machinery and quality control instruments.
• Knowledge of hardware and software computing; PLC knowledge is an advantage.
• Fluent in English & Thai. Chinese is an advantage
• Able to understand English technical manuals clearly.
• A reliable car for travel and on-site service visits.
• Able to travel overseas for training or service
• Experience in Food & Beverage is a plus
