Marketing Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor 3 core teams (Creative/Graphic, Marketing Comms, Performance), provide strategic guidance, and ensure smooth cross-functional project management.
• Strategy & Campaign Execution: Lead 360° campaigns across online/offline channels (e.g., product launches, collaborations) and align strategies with both short- and long-term brand goals.
• Brand Management & Influencer Partnerships: Oversee brand communication, manage KOLs (short- & long-term) and affiliate programs, and build brand partnerships.
• Creative Direction & Content Oversight: Define brand tone of voice and creative direction, supervising content across Facebook, IG, TikTok, and LINE to ensure consistency.
• Digital, CRM & Performance Marketing: Oversee Meta/Google Ads campaigns, manage CRM and loyalty programs, and analyze ROI to optimize budget efficiency.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, E-commerce, Production, and CS teams to deliver a seamless customer experience across all channels.
• Qualifications & Soft Skills: Good leadership and cross-functional communication skills. Creative, trend-savvy, and able to work well under pressure.
