E-commerce Sales Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Supervise and oversee all Marketplace sales channels (Shopee, Lazada, NocNoc, etc.), ensuring accurate product listings, pricing consistency, promotional execution, and timely product launches.
• Plan, organize, and monitor live streaming activities, including content direction, performance tracking, and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Handle key customer interactions, including showroom walk-in clients and important online customers, especially international clients, ensuring a professional and high-quality service experience.
• Analyze sales data, marketplace trends, and competitor activities to develop data-driven sales strategies and recommendations.
• Create and implement sales programs, online marketing activities, and propose new potential platforms or business opportunities to expand revenue.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support smooth operations from listing to delivery.
• Prepare periodic sales reports, campaign evaluations, and performance reviews for management.
• Ensure that all E-commerce operational processes meet company standards and improve workflow where necessary.
• Note: First, you must come to work at Pathum Thani as usual. The ( Sukhumvit 26 ) branch is undergoing renovations.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, Communication Arts, or related fields.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in E-commerce, Marketplace management, or Online Sales; and 2-3 years of experience in supervisory or team leader roles are preferred.
• Strong understanding of online sales platforms, digital marketing basics, and marketplace algorithm mechanics.
• Excellent communication skills, service-minded, and able to handle both local and international customers professionally.
• Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and develop actionable strategies.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with social media, marketplace back-end, and basic reporting tools.
• Experience in content creation, live streaming direction, or social media campaigns is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
