Lead Auditor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Undertakes the planning and execution of quality and occupational health & safety audits based on company safety and quality policies. • Conduct the relevant activities, report and documentation. • Prepare the Annual Audit Plan. • Conduct the planned audit by reviewing scope of audit (with Line Manager or QMR), setting up audit plan, audit schedule, auditor teams and audit checklist meetings. • Act as a team leader in the opening and closing audit meeting. Conduct the audit, then summary the audit finding and prepare the audit report. • Issue CAR/PAR (Corrective/Preventive Action Request) on the nonconformities and observations, finding in the audit. • Monitor the KPI achievement against the target. Issue the CAR and follow up when the target is not achieved. • Supervise Quality Auditor works i.e. QP preparing and sign off, CAR/PAR follow up, etc. • Manage the documentation and document control of DCC. • Manage the document review of Operationd Plans, Operations Procedures Manuals • and Operations Instruction, and etc. • Give training to new auditors on the requirement of certified standard and auditing process/ procedure upon request or as necessary. • Provide training and advisory to DCD of all departments on the documentation and document control process upon request or as necessary. • Provide coaching/advice to the auditors during the auditing as necessary. • Plan and Inspect front line staffs and operatitional area, related to customer services and reports to Line Manager.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • At least 8 years' experience with 5 years experienceas an auditor in an ISO 9001 or OHSAS 18001 certified company. • Knowledge of ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, Quality Auditing, Occupational Health & Safety Auditng • Good computer skills, good understanding of analytical and investigative principles and procedures. • Good command of both spoken and written in English and Thai
