Chief Construction Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Summary : Responsible for overseeing multiple projects concurrently and ensuring all objectives, engineering standards and regulations are met as set and achieved to facilitate safe, reliable, efficient and cost effective for BTSC. Key Roles and Responsibilities • Maintains design and construction standards for all civil works. • Prepare term of reference, project cost estimation and project schedule and construction contract for projects. • Oversee all engineering processes in construction projects, provide technical advisory to contractor where necessary, maintain/update all logs and document variation orders and perform quantity survey and maintain compliance to all regulations and review all designs documents before execution. • Administer all contracts and purchase orders. • Identify and resolve all engineering issues in construction processes. • Ensure that all construction work shall be safely planed and performed. • Arrange and chair project progress meetings with Contractors on a regular basis. • Prepare/collect monthly and weekly reports for Civil, Architectural and M&E work, potential problem/obstacles with proposed solutions.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields. • Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction work. • Wide ranges of building products. • Good experience in design / construction documents and drawings review, construction work inspection, site management and project management. • Understanding of construction contracts. • Able to use ms project or primavera. • Have analytical, investigative and managerial skills. • Good command of spoken and written English.
