หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Enter expenses and incomes into Excel files for internal reporting and for external accounting company.
• Communicate with external accounting company.
• Check reports from external accounting company to ensure they match our internal reports.
• Filling of all physical accounting documents.
• Communicate with Thai suppliers and service providers such as DHL or FedEx.
• General admin and accounting work.
• • Assist in making Invoices for customers and prepare shipping information on DHL or FedEx website.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting with some general admin experience.
• Must have recommendation letter from previous employer or if you are still currently working, from your last employer.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or 6 years of work experience in an accounting company.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Long term commitment, applicants switching companies every 1-2 years will not be considered.
• Not over 40 years old.
• Able to read and write English.
