Accounting & Finance Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Financial & Accounting Management: Manage TFRS-compliant financial statements (P&L, BS, Cash Flow) and ensure month-end closing within 5 working days.
• Tax Compliance: Review all tax filings (PND 50/51, 1/3/53, PP 30/36), match book revenue with platform tax data, and handle tax audits.
• E-commerce Finance (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok): Reconcile platform payouts, fees, subsidies, returns, and wallets while ensuring correct tax treatments.
• Offline / Modern Trade Finance: Manage retail AR (billing, collections, credit limits) and account for complex trade terms (rebates, listing fees, PC costs).
• Inventory & Costing: Calculate imported goods' landed costs, reconcile multi-warehouse/3PL inventory, and analyze gross margins by channel/SKU.
• Import & Treasury: Handle FX risks, international payments, customs/shipping coordination, and mandatory Transfer Pricing documentation.
• Budgeting & Analysis: Drive annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and analyze marketing ROI to provide strategic growth advice to management.
• Internal Controls & Systems: Maintain internal control policies, lead/coach the accounting team, and oversee ERP integration with e-commerce data.
• External Coordination: Serve as the main contact for external auditors, banks, and government authorities (Revenue Dept, Customs, DBD).

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Thai national; Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting.
• Qualified and registered (or able to register) as the company’s bookkeeper under the Accounting Act, with up-to-date CPD hours (required); CPA qualification is a plus.
• 4–7+ years of experience in accounting and finance, including at least 3 years in a managerial role; experience in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG strongly preferred — hands-on experience with marketplace settlement reconciliation is a significant advantage.
• Solid knowledge of TFRS and Thai tax law; experience dealing with the Revenue Department and external auditors.
• Hands-on ERP experience [specify system]; advanced Excel skills; familiarity with the finance modules of Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Seller Center is an advantage.
• Languages: native Thai; good working English; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and attention to detail; comfortable in a fast-growing, multi-channel business environment.
