Heytea - Overseas Procurement & Inventory Supervisor (Chinese Speaking)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Control and negotiate with freight forwarders and shipping agents regarding pricing, shipment schedules, and coordination with shippers and consignees for import shipments.
• Negotiate product pricing, payment terms, conditions, and delivery lead times with overseas suppliers
• Experience in preparing and verifying the accuracy of import-export documentation, such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading (B/Ls), certificates of origin (C/OS), and customs clearance paperwork.
• Experience preparing and issuing purchase orders (POS).
• Experience in sourcing food ingredients.
• Manage production raw material inventory and distribute raw materials to the store.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any field of study).
• At least 5 years of experience in shipping, inventory, and procurement management.
• Thorough, agile, and skilled at handling immediate problems.
• Highly responsible, punctual, and capable of working under pressure.
• Strong command of Chinese language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
